The beach and pool area were beautiful and well-maintained. The loungers and parasols provided a comfortable spot to relax and soak up the sun. The staff at the pool bar were friendly and hardworking, always with a smile on their faces. The animation team was amazing, providing great company and fun activities throughout the day.
The food at the hotel was repetitive and became boring after a few days. the mattress on the bed was extremely hard, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Very nice place, nice and friendly people. In may the beach was cleaned in front of the hotel, not farther, but I am confident it will be perfect before summer. I attend a lot of hotels, and recommend Aziza with no hesitation

The hotel is clean and the garden is well maintained. The swimming pool and the beach were also good. Suitable for holiday-makers looking for quietness or families with children. The food was served as a buffet and was varied. The hotel also had an indoor swimming pool and fitness room. The staff was friendly and most of them spoke English.
At the dinner you had to pay for all drinks even if you were half pension. I don´t mind paying for wine or other drinks but I suggest they put a carafe with normal water on the table and let people to choose whether to order extra drinks or not.

The hotel had a perfect location to enjoy both the beach and pool, and all the amenities were clean and well-maintained. the friendly staff made sure every need was met, and the food was amazing! the all-inclusive option was a great value and we never went hungry. the hotel's proximity to local shops and restaurants was a plus.
The hotel's entertainment options were limited and often repeated, and there was a lack of activities for children. the rooms were a bit dated and could use some updating.

Very polite and friendly staff. Clean, modern rooms. Great artwork on walls. Clean facilities.
It was very quiet... Not much to do. I traveled with my husband and parents and we were all pretty bored. Also, because we chose not to do all-inclusive, the drinks and food were quite overpriced. Food was not very good (although breakfast was very nice). Dinner was 30 tunisian dinars (about $21 usd) and drinks were pricey, too. Overall, I wasn't impressed with the meal and drink options for the price.

Very good room with sea view. Great breakfast and dinner. Nice pools and beach.
Service not good. Politeness and courtesy is missing. They always look for tips as is the culture in Tunisia
